ALDC - 2010 Volunteer Form   

Please note: In order to ensure the smooth running of the Championships, it is compulsory for each competitor to volunteer at least 3 hours of their personal time.  Your entry will not be accepted without a corresponding entry in the Volunteer Request Form below.

Please submit your volunteer names, club name and select a day and time slots for your club.  You will be notified by Ryan Riethmuller in confirmation.  If you can volunteer for more than the 3 hours, this would be gratefully accepted.

If you do not mind which day or time, please leave these fields blank but insert the Volunteers Name and Club and we will allocate you in a spare spot.
